Sono presenti 49 trofei collezionabili in Persona 5 su PS4 e PS3, alcuni potranno essere sbloccati facilmente mentre altri richiederanno molto tempo, ma non temete, qui di seguito vi spiegheremo come arrivare al tanto desiderato platino.

- Through One’s Sentence: un Persona dovrà apprendere una nuova skill tramite Lockdown, quindi bisognerà avere la Strength Confidant al Rank 3. Bisognerà lasciare un Persona in Lockdown per tre giorni e così avrà appreso una nuova abilità passiva.

- True Talent: porta tutte le Social Stats al massimo.
- Nominating the Twins: porta a termine un’esecuzione Group Guillotine.
- Atop Countless Sacrifices: porta a termine un’esecuzione Gallows.

Innanzitutto si dovrà comprare una console e poi recuperare le cassette di giochi, che si troveranno a Yonger-Jaya e Akihabara.Yongen-Jaya Star Forneus Gambla Goemon Akihabara Punch Ouch Train of Life Power Intuition Golfer Sarutahiko - A Sublime Experiment: porta a termine un’esecuzione Electric Chair. Per fare questo obiettivo bisognerà andare nella Velvet Room dopo 8/21.
- Skilled Gunman: elimina tre o più nemici senza ricaricare l’arma.
- Competent Negotiator: porta in salvo un ostaggio dalle grinfie di un nemico.
- Craftworker: costruisci tutti i tipi di Infiltration Tool.

Innanzitutto bisognerà aver imparato a pescare, successivamente si dovrà leggere il libro Essence of Fishing così da poter avvistare il pesce utilizzando l’abilità Third Eye. Infine acquistate il Top-Class Boile e andate a pesca, cercando in tal modo di ottenere il pesce desiderato. - Aggressive Searcher: ottieni 150 oggetti nei Palazzi. Sfrutta l’abilità Third Eye per raccogliere gli oggetti sparsi nell’ambiente.
- Under-the-Table Goods: modifica un’arma dopo aver ottenuto Hanged Man Confidant.
- I Am Thou: ottieni un Persona tramite negoziazione. Trofeo legato alla storia.
- Countless Masks: ottieni 30 Persona tramite negoziazione.
- Perfect Combination: esegui 50 All-out Attacks.
- Phantom Thieves Formed: forma i Phantom Thieves. Trofeo legato alla storia.
- Merciless Executioner: eseguite 50 Persona Fusions.
- Execution Leading to Rebirth: utilizza la Guillotine Execution una volta, dopo aver completato il tutorial.
- The Ultimate Strike: procura più di 999 danni con un unico attacco.
Per sbloccare questo trofeo è consigliato essere verso la fine del gioco, infatti il metodo più semplice è quello di essere ad un livello alto, andare in uno dei piani di Mementos, e utilizzare un Charge + Physical Skill o Concentrate + Magic Skill su un nemico. È anche possibile fare questo trofeo sfruttando una debolezza per massimizzare i danni. - Precise Insight: sfrutta le debolezze nemiche 100 volte.
- A Phantom Thief’s Duty: ottieni un Treasure Demon. Per sbloccare questo trofeo, dovrete negoziare con un Treasure Demon e farlo unire a voi.
La prima volta che si può incontrare un Treasure Demon sarà nel secondo palazzo. Il demone sarà un Regent, quindi bisognerà arrivare preparati per sfruttare le sue debolezze. - Mask of an Honor Student: classificatevi primi ad un esame. Per ottenere il trofeo, bisognerà possedere un livello alto di Knowledge Rank (Erudite, Rank 5).
- A True Confidant: raggiungi il massimo livello di un Confidant.
- Power That Connects: esegui un Baton Pass(Staffetta) per tre volte in un unico turno.
Per ottenere questo trofeo, è necessario trovare una battaglia contro almeno 3 nemici. Semplicemente baterà sparare una volta, annullare l’azione, e compiere un Baton Pass con un altro personaggio ripetendo il processo. - The City’s Hard Hitter: per sbloccare questo trofeo, bisognerà battere un fuoricampo presso le gabbie da battuta.
- Pyramid of Wrath Collapses: completa il Pyramid Palace. Trofeo legato alla storia impossibile da mancare.
- Casino of Jealousy Shut Down: completa il Casino Palace. Trofeo legato alla storia impossibile da mancare.

–Il modo migliore per sbloccare questo trofeo è entrare nel Mementos in uno qualsiasi dei seguenti giorni: 11/13, 11/14, 11/15, 12/8, 12/9
–Andate a qualsiasi piano rimanete fermi e attendete che spawni il Reaper
–Ingaggiate il Reaper
–Controllare se possiede Dispair
–Se non possiede Dispair, fuggite dalla battaglia (dovrete avere l’abilità Star Confidence per controllare )
–Ripetete i passi precedenti fino a che non trovate il Reaper con Dispair(il Reaper si rigenererà vicino a voi dopo che vi sarete spostati) - Passionate Listener: ascolta 250 battute di Futaba. Basterà parlare spesso con lei per ottenere questo trofeo.
- Mask Collector: completa il Persona Compendium.
- A Perfect Job: completa tutte le richieste.
- One Who Rebels Against a God: create Satanael. Dovrete essere alla seconda run e combinare Arsene, Hiero, Anzu, Ishtar, Satan, Lucifer e Michael per creare Satanael, un Persona livello 95.
